Breakfast in our house runs the gamut from a full multi-course spread on holidays complete with citrus fruits, homemade bread, tasty casseroles and scones, to festive egg dishes or pancakes on lazy Sunday mornings, to fast-and-easy grab-and-go muffins, yogurt, fruit, smoothies and bars on busy weekdays. But, breakfast is ALWAYS homemade with fresh, nutritious ingredients prepared with love to power us through our hectic mornings.
